Meet the Team
Dustin Lamp joined BBB in 2005 and he is our manager over septic service and fleet operations. Before joining our team, he worked as an auto mechanic. He brings a vast knowledge of all things mechanical. He tells us that he feels as though customer satisfaction and clear communication of services needed and/or provided are key to doing his job well; and therefore, he strives to leave each customer with a positive impression of our company.
Brook Cannedy joined BBB in 2014 and is our manager over installations and lift station service. Before joining the BBB team, Brook worked on air conditioning/controls research and development, construction, and driving a school bus. Brook brings many things to his job including a sense of customer service, problem-solving skills, and patience.
Angela Dunaway is an independent HR consultant who started partnering with BBB in 2017. She brings more than 17 years of hands-on, HR leadership-related roles and experience in matters such as legal compliance, compensation, benefits and talent management.
Abigail Young is a freelance editor who began working with BBB in August 2016. She brings her writing knowledge and passion for detail to every webpage and blog post she edits.
